waitingforparis said: Hey, what do you think are the best holiday gift sets out there?
So many brands release great value sets around this time of year! It’s so hard to pick my favourites but I’ve nailed it down to a few…
Tarte Clean Slate Primer Trio.
This set contains three deluxe sample size tarte clean slate primers! Clean Slate Poreless, Flawless and 360 degrees crealesss eye lid primer. Perfect as a stocking stuffer, if you want to test out some products or want a good affordable gift to give!
Maybelline Illegal Length Fiber Extensions Total Eye Look Kit.
This contains everything anyone will ever need to create a simple eye look. A full size Maybelline Illegal Length Mascara, ExpertWear Eyeshadow Quad - Lumi Lights in Grey Matters and Line Express Eyeliner and is super great value.
Lorac Sweet Temptations Eyeshadow Palette
This mini LORAC Palette contains five shadows and reminds me a bit of the new naked basics palette! At only $12 this palette is a bit less then the $27 you’d be dishing out for Naked Basics.
Revlon Kris Kringle Growlicious Set
This kit contains a full size Revlon Growlicious Mascara and eyeliner packaged in a cute little box with a hanger to hand on your tree! It’s great value especially if you are wanting to try one product. There are lots of variations of these so make sure you have a good look!
Urban Rituelle Sweet Treat Lip Balm Trio.
Urban Rituelle is one of my FAVOURITE brands and it’s mainly because of their lip balms. I suffer from extremely dry, flaky and chapped lips, so bad you can believe me when I say I’ve tried just about everything and this has been the only things that have worked! This set contains three Urban Rituelle Sweet Treat lip balms all packaged in a cute christmas cracker shaped box.
Too Faced Beauty Editor Darlings:
This set is amazing value! It contains 5 deluxe samples which are bound to last you quite some time and give you a chance to test out some products from Too Faced without dishing out a ton of cash. Contains a trial size Lashgasm Mascara, Shadow Insurance, Glamour Gloss (sexpot) and Primed & Poreless face primer. Bound to make an amazing, affordable christmas gift for anyone who’s interested in makeup!
Clinique Whole Lotta Colour Gift Set:
I’ve only tried one Clinique chubby stick but boy oh boy do I like them! They are very hydrating, glide on like a balm and have a subtle amount of colour so just about any shade looks great on anyone! This kit contains 5 mini Clinique Chubby Sticks in Richer Raisin, Super Strawberry, Chunky Cherry, Oversized Orange and Curvy Candy.
* Benefit She’s So Jetset kit:
This kit is certainly one of my favourites. It includes a mini porefessional, four highly pigmented and universally eye shadows that you can use for your run of the mill neutral look or your smokey eye. A first class face powder duo, a mini lipgloss (life on the A list, I personally find this shade to white/light for me so it makes me look a little washed out) and a mini they’re real (which has quickly become of my favourite mascaras)
*Nvey Eco Eye Shadow Palette:
This palette isn’t a holiday exclusive but it contains 5 well selected shadow shades in every palette. The colour is build-able and the shadows have a smooth and easy application with minimal fall out.
I’ve tried my best to suggest gift sets which are easily available to most of you but most brands have different sets per different countries.
